What is collected

When you submit an enquiry, Muro AI Automations receives your name, email, phone number, business name, message, source page and consent timestamp.

Why it is used

The information is used to respond to your request, understand potential project scope, arrange a call and maintain an appropriate business record. The lawful basis is consent and steps requested before entering a contract.

Where it goes

Enquiries are securely passed to Muro’s n8n workflow, which sends private email and Telegram notifications and may store a controlled business record. Production services must use appropriate access controls, retention settings and data-processing terms.

Retention and rights

Unqualified enquiries should be deleted after 12 months unless a legal or active commercial reason requires longer retention. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected].

Cookies

The initial site does not require advertising cookies. Any future non-essential analytics must remain disabled until consent where UK rules require it.
