Before
Every time a client signed, someone spent about an hour creating the same setup across different tools, copying details and telling the team who was involved.
What we changed
Muro connected one internal form to Slack, Clockify, Asana and Google Sheets. It creates the Slack channel, Clockify project and templated Asana project, records the details, then notifies the people assigned to the work.
What happened
The internal setup that took about one hour now takes about one minute. Every new project begins with the same structure and the right people know where to work.
The timing and workflow are client-confirmed. Muro built this internal onboarding system, not the Webbies public website.
