Amazon invoices had to be downloaded, sorted and totalled manually before they could go to the accountant. As the cleaning company grew, orders, shifts and payroll also needed a clearer internal process.
What we changed
Muro first automated invoice retrieval, sorting and totals. The engagement then grew into an internal app with an orders dashboard, Kanban workflow, Crewmeister-connected shift and absence data, shift-plan PDFs and emails, payroll calculations, exports and history.
What happened
A repetitive invoice task is now automatic and accountant-ready. The business also has one purpose-built place for the operational work that previously lived across separate processes.
