What was getting in the way — and what changed.
Before
Customer details, work stages and day-to-day updates were spread across the business. To find out what was happening, people kept calling the owner — around ten operational calls on a typical day.
What we changed
Muro built a Bulgarian-language hub for customers, files, production stages, measurements, repairs, installation scheduling, payments, staff responsibilities, payroll and action history. The first build took about six weeks and has continued through maintenance and improvements.
What happened
Most day-to-day communication now happens inside the app. The team can see the status and history of the work for themselves, and phone calls that used to happen around ten times a day are now rare.
The call frequency and engagement timing are client-confirmed. Private customer, payment and staff information is not shown.
